Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical diagnosis value of color doppler ultrasonography in breast hyperplasia. Methods: The ultrasonic appearance and CDFI feature of 201 cases of breast hyperplasia were retrospectively analyzed. According to the ultrasonic appearance and CDFI feature, all the cases were also typed. Results: All the cases were typed into five types: 97(48%) were lobular hyperplasia , 48(24%) were solid mass hyperplasia, 32(16%) were cystic hyperplasia, 3(1.5%) were dutus dilatation hyperplasia , 21(10%) were mixed hyperplasia. CDFI: blood flow signal could be detected only in 4 cases of lobular hyperplasia, 12 cases of solid tumor hyperplasia and 7 cases of mixed hyperplasia. No blood flow signal could be detected in both cases with cystic hyperplasia and dilatation hyperplasia. The total detecttion rate of color blood flow signal was 11.4%. Conclusion: Color doppler ultrasonography has good value in diagnosing the breast hyperplasia , it can be as the best supplementary to the diagnosis of breast hyperplasia.
